3.11.3 File Control Command Messages

This section describes the messages generated by the following File Control commands. For the messages generated by the Server Link Common command and Client Link Common command, refer to 3.11.2 Common Messages.

0xA9E8 (YYY): Failed to get information needed to verify login information.

[Description]

The system failed to get the login definition information.

[Parameter]

YYY: System error code reported by the Task Link command

[System Action]

Stops processing.

[User Response]

Run the Task Link command again.

If the problem persists, contact the system administrator.

[System Administrator Response]

Run the Task Link command again.

If the error continues to occur when the command is rerun, the data in the password management book may have become corrupted.

Delete the registered user from the password management book and then register that user again. Refer to the Systemwalker Operation Manager Installation Guide for details on the password management book.

If the problem persists, use the Maintenance Information Collection Tool to collect information that can be used to investigate the following functions, and then contact a Fujitsu SE.

  • Server Task Link function

  • Client task Link function

Depending on the optional functions selected at installation time, either of the above functions may not have been installed.

If this is the case, collect only information pertaining to the function that is available.

Depending on the options you selected during installation, one of the above functions may not exist. In that case, collect only the data of function that you can select. Contact your system administrator.

  • Verify if the ping command can work normally using the host name of the client specified by user.

  • Check the network status whether security products, such as a Windows firewall, may interfere with the communication. .
