3.3.1 General Error Messages

Could not delete XXX Access rights.

Confirm whether the Systemwalker ACL Manager service is running. If not, start Systemwalker Operation Manager.

To start Systemwalker Operation Manager, use the following command:

Systemwalker installation directory\MpWalker.JM\bin\soperationmgr

[UNIX version]

Confirm whether the ACL Manager daemon (/usr/lib/MpFwsec) is running. If not, start Systemwalker Operation Manager.

To start Systemwalker Operation Manager, use the following command:

/opt/systemwalker/bin/soperationmgr

Could not set XXX Access rights.

Confirm whether the Systemwalker ACL Manager service is running. If not, start Systemwalker Operation Manager.

Collect Framework information with the Maintenance Information Collection Tool and contact a Fujitsu's system engineer.

Confirm the following:

  • The domain controller is running.

  • The environment of the domain is constructed correctly.

No access control information is found for the project.

[Description]

The access control information for the project does not exist.

If this message persists even if you log onto the system with system administrator privileges, execute any of the following commands on the server depending on your system environment:

[Windows version]

  • For non-multiple subsystems operation:

    mpsetacl -a -t mpjobsch\schedule\project name (Note 1) -g Administrators -p w

  • For multiple subsystems operation:

    mpsetacl -a -t mpjobsch\schedulen (Note 2) project name (Note 1) -g Administrators -p w

[UNIX version]

  • For non multiple subsystems operation:

    mpsetacl -a -t mpjobsch/schedule/project name (Note 1) -u root -p w

  • For multiple subsystems operation:

    mpsetacl -a -t mpjobsch/schedulen (Note 2) /project name (Note 1) -u root -p w

Note 1:

The name of the project whose access control information does not exist.

Note 2:

n: Subsystem number (1 to 9)

Specify a project whose subsystem number is 0 in the same format as the one for non-multiple subsystems operation.

Collect security information with the Maintenance Information Collection Tool and contact a Fujitsu's system engineer.

On the Maintenance Information Collection Tool, check Framework and Security.
