A.2.1 Windows Versions

The content described here is for the following:

• Windows versions: V11.0L10 or later

Result if the maintenance information could not be collected

1. If the maintenance information could not be collected, a red tick next to the caption Abended is displayed in the The Maintenance Information Collection - Execution message box.

2. The result will be displayed in a text area in the The Maintenance Information Collection - result message box per function that ended abnormally.

Point

The same result will also be stored in the following log file:

<information storage directory>\OperationManager\generation number\swcolinf.log

Action method

Manually copy the file for each function displayed in the The Maintenance Information Collection - result message box to the storage directory per function.
