Has the Systemwalker Operation Manager client been connected to the standby node in the cluster configuration?
Cause
If Job is selected in the Job Selection window, the spool directory for Job Execution Control is referenced and job folder information is retrieved. In a cluster configuration, the spool directory is on a shared disk and therefore cannot be referenced from the standby node. As a result, job folder information fails to be retrieved if Job is selected, and an error message is output.
Action method
In a cluster configuration, ensure that the Systemwalker Operation Manager client specifies a logical IP address when connecting.
