Is there an application that accesses the files in the Job Execution Control spool directory?
Cause
When Job Execution Control tried to access the queue information file, there is a possibility that another application was accessing the queue information file.
Action method
Check if there is an application that accesses the files in the Job Execution Control spool directory. Take action so that the files in the Job Execution Control spool directory are not accessed while Job Execution Control is running.
Backup software or antivirus software are possible examples of applications that access the files in the Job Execution Control spool directory.

Points to check
Has Job/Queue of the Job Selection window been selected in the following states? Alternatively, has the qstat command been executed?
While the "SystemWalker MpMjes" service is starting, or immediately afterwards
While the Job Execution Control operation is being started/stopped using the mjstart/mjstop commands, or immediately afterwards
Cause
Job/Queue of the Job Selection window may have been selected, or the qstat command may have been executed while Job Execution Control was referencing the queue information internally.
Action method
Select Job/Queue of the Job Selection window, or execute the qstat command, after the startup of the "SystemWalker MpMjes" service is complete, or the Job Execution Control operation start/stop processing is complete.
