Has the Systemwalker Operation Manager client been connected to the standby node in the cluster configuration?
Cause
If Queue is selected in the Job Selection window, the spool directory for Job Execution Control is referenced and queue information is retrieved. In a cluster configuration, the spool directory is on a shared disk and therefore cannot be referenced from the standby node. Nothing is displayed in the View Queue Status/Operate window because the spool directory cannot be referenced.
Action method
In a cluster configuration, ensure that the Systemwalker Operation Manager client specifies a logical IP address when connecting.
