Points to check
If a process that was executed has been canceled, are the process that was started from the process that was executed, and the processing, also canceled?
Cause
In Systemwalker Operation Manager, the processes that are started from the process that made the start request are monitored. For this reason, if the processing issues a request to other processes, such as resident processes, the processing cannot be canceled from Systemwalker Operation Manager.
Action method
If a process that was executed is canceled, use processing in which the process that was started from the process that was executed cancels the processing.
