5.4.12 The Job That Accesses RDBMS via ODBC Does Not Operate Normally [Windows versions]

Points to check

Has the data source name been registered?

Cause

If an application that accesses RDBMS via ODBC is executed as a job, register the data source name for one of the following data sources:

• System data source

• Systemwalker Operation Manager logon account user data source

  To register the data source name for the user data source, log on to Windows using the "Systemwalker MpMjes" service logon account, and then register the data source name.
