Has the cp command been executed to copy the spool (/var/spool/mjes)?
Cause
Systemwalker Operation Manager creates a pipe file under /var/spool/mjes, and uses this pipe file for communication between processes. If the -R option is not specified when the directory containing this file is copied using the cp command, the pipe communication is intercepted by the cp command , and Systemwalker Operation Manager stops while waiting for the communication to complete. In this state, requests to execute jobs cannot be received, and jobs are not executed.

To copy the spool (/var/spool/mjes), use one of the following:
tar command
Specify the cp command with the -R option
