5.2.21 Even if the Continuous Execution Mode is Enabled, if the Execution Server has Shut Down (Failover), the Network Job that is being Executed Ends Abnormally

Applicable versions and levels

Action

Cause

Even if the continuous execution mode is enabled, if the execution server (a different server to the schedule server) has shut down (failover), the network job that is being executed ends abnormally, and the execution does not continue. The continuous execution mode is not a setting that determines whether to continue a job when the execution server shuts down, it is a setting that determines whether to continue the job when the schedule server shuts down.

Action method

Check the processing status of the application that was started as the job, and perform recovery action accordingly, for example restart the network job that ended abnormally.
