Cause
Code 239 is set by Jobscheduler, and means that "The Jobscheduler service/daemon stopped while the job was being executed".
It shows that this job was being executed when the service/daemon stopped last time. This status will be recognized the next time the service/daemon starts, and at that point will be treated as having ended abnormally. For this reason, the job will not actually have been started at that time.
Action method
When stopping the Jobscheduler service/daemon, ensure that no jobs are being executed.
