Points to check
Was the "shminfo_shmmni" value of the system kernel parameter (/etc/system file) estimated correctly? Was a small value set?
Cause
Jobscheduler uses shared memory per subsystem. If the "shminfo_shmmni" value is insufficient, the previously described message will be recorded in syslog, and the Jobscheduler daemon cannot be started.
Action method
Reestimate the value for shminfo_shmmni. Add the number of subsystems x 1 for Jobscheduler.
