Action
Points to check
Was the backed up information restored while the Jobscheduler daemon was running?
Did the error occur while the previous Jobscheduler daemon was stopped?
If so, the error message can be checked while the daemon is stopped.
Cause
In the Jobscheduler database directory, a "temp" file is created when the Jobscheduler daemon starts, and deleted when the Jobscheduler daemon ends.
If the Jobscheduler database directory backup is performed while the Jobscheduler daemon is running, the "temp" file will also become a backup target.
If the backup information obtained while the Jobscheduler daemon was running is restored, the "temp" file will also be restored.
Additionally, if the Jobscheduler daemon was ended using an abnormal method, the "temp" file will remain without being deleted.
If there is a "temp" file, this problem will occur even if the Jobscheduler daemon process is not actually running.
Action method
If this problem has occurred, take action according to the following procedure:
Execute the ps -ef|grep tsk command to check if the Jobscheduler daemon process exists.
Execute the rm /var/opt/FJSVJOBSC/temp command to delete the "temp" file.
Note
The "temp" file must not be deleted while the Jobscheduler daemon is running. The problem can also be avoided by stopping the Jobscheduler daemon when performing the backup.
