Action
Cause
This problem occurs because the message queue (IPC resource) obtained by the Jobscheduler daemon process was deleted.
The message queue may have been deleted using the ipcrm command, or by an application.
Action method
Ensure that the message queue is not deleted using the command or by an application.
If this problem occurs, restart the system.
