On the Use function1 (*1) tab in the Define Jobscheduler Startup Parameters window, was the "Systemwalker MpJobsch" service started when the Use message waiting check box was not selected, or the following check boxes were not selected?

*1: In V5.0L20 or earlier, this is the Options tab.
*2: This will depend on the event log type that records events to be monitored.
Cause
If the "Systemwalker MpJobsch" service was started in a state where the above check box is not selected, the event log for items not selected will not be monitored.
Action method
If the event log to be monitored is selected on the Use function1 tab (*1) in the Define Jobscheduler Startup Parameters window, start the "Systemwalker MpJobsch" service.
*1: In V5.0L20 or earlier, the Options tab is used.
