Points to check
Are the service startup account settings correct?
Cause
The startup account for the Systemwalker Operation Manager service must meet the following conditions:
The user belongs to the Administrators group on the local computer.
The following privileges have been assigned to the user:
Log on as a service
Act as part of the operating system
Increase quotas
Replace a process level token
The password does not expire.
The user name and password do not include spaces.
