Points to check

Are the service startup account settings correct?

Cause

The startup account for the Systemwalker Operation Manager service must meet the following conditions:

  1. The user belongs to the Administrators group on the local computer.

  2. The following privileges have been assigned to the user:

    • Log on as a service

    • Act as part of the operating system

    • Increase quotas

    • Replace a process level token

  3. The password does not expire.

  4. The user name and password do not include spaces.
