Points to check
Is the current day the startup day of the job net that did not start?
Cause
The group references the startup day of the job net and then creates the flow for that day. Job nets for which the current day is not the startup day do not have flows created for them, and do not start.
Action method
Check the startup day of the job net in the group, and if there are job nets in the group that are unscheduled but should be started on the current day, set the current day as the startup day.
Note
When changing the startup day of a job net in the group, consider the scheduled start time of the group for the current day, the timing of the generated message events, and the day change time, and perform this change during a time period that will not affect the startup of the group.
If the group starts at an unexpected time, or does not start today because the scheduled start of the group changes to tomorrow or later because of a reschedule, it may cause an unexpected problem such as the current day's group not starting.

Is a group running for which the scheduled start was the previous day or earlier?
Cause
When the day change time arrives, if groups for which the scheduled start is the previous day or earlier are not yet started or executing, the current day's job nets will be rescheduled once the confirm operation is performed for the group.
When the day change time arrives, if groups for which the scheduled start is the previous day or earlier have abended or were canceled when the confirm operation was enabled, the current day's job nets will be rescheduled once the confirm operation is performed for the group (Cancel can be checked in a confirm operation in V5.0L30/5.2 or later).
Description
For reschedule processing, a scheduled start time further in the future than the current time is set.
The past scheduled start time is discarded by the reschedule processing. If the job net and group exceed the scheduled start time without starting and are rescheduled, the job net start will be skipped once.
