Action 1
Points to check
Is the message detail code 64, and did the error occur during a shutdown of the system?
Cause
This error occurs if process monitoring is still operating for Systemwalker Operation Manager while the system shutdown process is placing a high load on the system. This message is also output if the system fails to obtain monitoring information due to Windows system resources being temporarily insufficient, such as the Windows desktop heap being insufficient.
Action method
No action is required. This message does not impact on the operation of Systemwalker Operation Manager.
Action 2
Points to check
Is the message detail code 61, 63, 64, 65?
How many times was the message output?
Cause
This message is output if the system fails to obtain monitoring information due to Windows system resources being temporarily insufficient.
If the detail code is 61:
This error occurs in cases such as when unable to create processes due to a high load on the system.
If the detail code is 63:
This message is output if the system fails to obtain monitoring information due to Windows system resources being temporarily insufficient. This error occurs in cases such as when execution of processes takes a long time due to a high load on the system.
If the detail code is 64:
This message is output if the system fails to obtain monitoring information due to Windows system resources being temporarily insufficient. This error occurs in cases such as when the desktop heap is insufficient due to a high load on the system.
If the detail code is 65:
This message is output if the system fails to obtain monitoring information due to Windows system resources being temporarily insufficient. This error occurs in cases such as when there is insufficient disk capacity or insufficient inodes for the file system due to a high load on the system or I/O.
This message may be output if process monitoring is performed while the antivirus software is active and as a result the system fails to obtain the monitoring information.
Action method
If the message is output once:
No action is required. This message does not impact on the operation of Systemwalker Operation Manager.
If the message is output at each monitoring interval:
Check if any error messages relating to insufficient system resources (desktop heap, file system, etc.) or the system load have been output to the event log. If this issue occurs even when there are sufficient system resources or the system load is low, use the Maintenance Information Collection Tool to obtain all necessary information, and then contact Fujitsu technical support.
