Did you insert the product media for the Solaris, AIX, or HP-UX version of Systemwalker Operation Manager 11.0 or later, or the Linux versions of Systemwalker Operation Manager V11.0L10 or later into the Windows machine, and run the installation support tool in the Setup window, which is displayed automatically, to create installation information files?
Cause
The installation information files created using the above procedure are not intended for use in the silent installation of Systemwalker Operation Manager, but are instead intended for use in the silent installation of Systemwalker Operation Manager (PC client).
