This section provides helpful information that you can refer to when determining power schedules.
This section explains the power schedule settings and operations.
If the power schedule for a day is configured so that operations are performed until the day change time is reached, but the power schedule for the next day is configured so that operations commence from the day change time
Power will not be switched on or off at the day change time. Operation will be continuous.
If, as a result of changing the power schedule, the current time (when modified) is changed from being within operating hours to during shutdown hours
The server will not be disconnected at the time the change is made. The new time will be effective from the next shutdown time.
The queuing completion notification command can be used to issue a "queuing completion notification" from a fixed job operation application, such as the Jobscheduler. Create the "queuing completion notification" for a job so that it is issued when the job is completed, and define it as a completion condition in completion monitoring.
Using completion monitoring in this way enables server shutdown to smoothly coincide with the completion of batch jobs, as a result, eliminating the need for the system administrator to wait for jobs to finish. Server shutdown can also be delayed automatically if the jobs are delayed.
Refer to the Systemwalker Operation Manager Reference Guide for details on the queuing completion notification command.
