This section explains points to note after installing the product on the admin server.

If a Terminal Server has been installed, then change the Terminal Services to Execute mode:

The user name "swrbadbuser" is used as an OS account for starting the process management database service. Do not delete this account while Systemwalker Software Configuration Manager is installed.
User name | swrbajobuser |
The user name "swrbajobuser" is used as an OS account for starting the job execution control service of Systemwalker Runbook Automation. Do not delete this account while Systemwalker Software Configuration Manager is installed.

The users above will already exist if you are operating Systemwalker Software Configuration Manager under the following conditions:

Character encoding
Do not change the system character encoding after installing Systemwalker Software Configuration Manager.
