After backup configurations have been performed with the Backup Wizard for SQL Server, when changing the database or volume configuration, be sure to do it in the following steps:
Remove the current configuration.
Delete the current configuration using the configuration removal script generated with the "10.5.4.1 Creating Backup Execution Script".
Change the database or volume configuration.
Generate backup configurations and the complete backup execution script by using the Backup Wizard for SQL Server.
Execute the backup.
For more information about backup, refer to "10.5.4.2 Execution of Backup".
Note
If the configuration is changed in the procedure other than this procedure and backup operation is continued, a proper backup is not made and restore may fail.
