This appendix explains the error messages output when the troubleshooting data collection command is executed.

For reason #1: Check the permissions of the user who executed the command and re-execute. For reason #2: Secure sufficient disk space (capacity), then re-execute.
4	An internal error has occurred.	An internal error has occurred.	Collect files under the specified directory and contact Fujitsu Technical Support.
