This chapter explains the flow of troubleshooting.
In Resource Orchestrator, collection of troubleshooting data is recommended to aid in diagnosing operational problems. Troubleshooting data collected immediately after the occurrence of a failure aids in investigation and tracking down to the cause of the failure.
The following procedure shows how to cope with failures:
If a failure is believed to have occurred, collect troubleshooting data.
For collecting troubleshooting data, refer to the following topics:
For Virtual Edition, refer to "1.1 Collecting Troubleshooting Data (Virtual Edition)".
For Cloud Edition, refer to "1.2 Collecting Investigation Data(Cloud Edition)".
Take corrective actions for the problems, and monitor the results of those actions.
After the problems are solved, continue normal operation.
Save the troubleshooting data collected in step 1 for future use in problem solving.
If the problem still remains, send the troubleshooting data collected in step 1 to Fujitsu technical staff and request investigation.
