Change the time for regularly deleting dashboard data using the following procedure:
After logging into the operation management console, click BPM Analytics >> System >> Data Migration in the pane on the left.
Click Archive Rules in the pane on the right, then click the name of the definition to be edited in Rule Name.
Click Execution Schedule [Open/Close].
Change the time and click Change.
