Restart the Analytics server using the following procedure:
After logging into the operation management console, click BPM Analytics >> Server Management >> BPM Analytics Server in the pane on the left.
Click Stop in the pane on the right.
Confirm that Status has changed to Stopped, and then click Start.
Confirm that Status has changed to Running.
