When Using Firewalls or Server Load Balancers
When using a firewall or a server load balancer, the infrastructure administrator notifies the tenant administrator of the information necessary to configure a firewall or a server load balancer.
Note the following, when a firewall or a server load balancer is included in the L-Platform template to create.
It is necessary to configure a firewall or a server load balancer after deploying an L-Platform.
Inform the tenant administrator of this fact.
Configure Firewalls
Inform the tenant user of the values of virtual IP addresses used for the firewall address conversion functions, and the parameters and values for other firewall settings.
Configure Server Load Balancers
Inform the tenant user of the values of virtual IP addresses used for server load balancing functions of the server load balancer and the parameters or values for other server load balancer settings.
Use the ruleset for server load balancer operations
Inform the tenant administrator of the ruleset used during operations. Inform the tenant administrator of the parameters and the values set for the ruleset and the operation logs.
