From the services file, delete the port numbers that were used by services/daemon of ETERNUS SF Manager.
Usually, the services file is on the following path:

If the installation method was default installation:
Port numbers listed in "Table 3.5 Services and port numbers of ETERNUS SF Manager for Windows (default)"
If the installation method was custom installation:
Port numbers entered in step 10 of the "3.2 Installation procedure of ETERNUS SF Manager (for Windows)"
