The figure below illustrates the procedure used to upgrade the Systemwalker Runbook Automation Management Server:

Once the upgrade has started, do not operate any other product installed in the same environment until Systemwalker Runbook Automation V15.1.2 installation is complete.
To perform the upgrade, an empty directory with write privileges will be required, to be used as the working area. In case of error, date written to this directory will be required, therefore do not delete it until the Systemwalker Runbook Automation V15.1.2 installation and behavior confirmation are complete.
If the upgrade cannot be performed (for example, because the working area has been corrupted), reinstall the product of the previous version/level, then restore the product from the backup, and then upgrade.
The Management Server installation directory must have at least 600MB free. If that is not the case, then extend it:
1) Back up the product.
2) Uninstall the product.
3) Extend the installation directory area.
4) Install the product.
5) Restore the product.
