This appendix describes the procedure for upgrading Systemwalker Runbook Automation in environments running Systemwalker Runbook Automation Management Server to V15.1.2.
Upgrade from the following versions/levels is supported:
Systemwalker Runbook Automation V14g V14.1.0 Management Server
Systemwalker Runbook Automation V14g V14.1.0A Management Server
Systemwalker Runbook Automation V15.0.0 Management Server
Systemwalker Runbook Automation V15.1.0 Management Server
Systemwalker Runbook Automation V15.1.1 Management Server
Note
Back up Systemwalker Runbook Automation before upgrading, in case an error occurs (refer to Systemwalker Runbook Automation V14g Installation Guide or the Systemwalker Runbook Automation Installation Guide for details).
There is no need to upgrade the Business Server and Linkage/Relay Servers, therefore no upgrade installation procedure has been provided. If a previous version/level of the Business Server or Linkage/Relay Servers was uninstalled as part of a software switch, install a new version/level of the Business Server or Linkage/Relay Server.
If the Management Server is running in a cluster environment, perform a clean Systemwalker Runbook Automation V15.1.2 installation and setup for the new cluster environment, and not the upgrade shown in this appendix.
