7.2.3 Uninstalling the Linked Server/Relay Server

This section describes how to uninstall the Agent from Linked Servers and Relay Servers.

7.2.3.1 Uninstalling Systemwalker Runbook Automation

Privileges required for execution

[Windows]

• Administrator privileges are required. If the operating system being used is Windows Server 2008 or later, execute the uninstaller as an administrator.

[Linux]

• System administrator (superuser) privileges are required.

Uninstallation procedure

[Windows]

1. If the Agent is running, then stop it:

   "%F4AN_INSTALL_PATH%\F4ANswnc\bin\swncctrl" stop

2. Start the uninstaller.

   Select either Programs or All Programs from the Start menu, and select Fujitsu, and then, Uninstall (middleware)

   

   Note

   When uninstalling Systemwalker Runbook Automation because of installation failure or for some other reason, Systemwalker Runbook Automation may be displayed in the Incomplete install tab. If Systemwalker Runbook Automation is not displayed in the Currently installed products tab, click the Incomplete install tab to check that Systemwalker Runbook Automation is displayed there. The subsequent uninstallation procedure is the same even if Systemwalker Runbook Automation is displayed in the Incomplete install tab.

3. Select Systemwalker Runbook Automation (Linked Server/Relay Server), and click the Remove button.

   Click the Uninstall button.

   

4. Uninstallation will complete.

   Click the Exit button.

   

5. Restart the system.

   Click the Yes button.

   

[Linux]

1. If the Agent is running, then stop it:

   # /opt/FJSVswnc/bin/swncctrl stop

2. Start the uninstaller:

   # /opt/FJSVcir/cir/bin/cimanager.sh

3. At the prompt for software number, enter "1":

   Loading the Software Uninstallation and Management function.
   
   Currently installed products
   1. Systemwalker Runbook Automation ( Linked Server / Relay Server )  V15.1.2
   
   Type [number] to select the software you want to uninstall.
   [number,q]
   =>1

4. Check the installation settings.

   Ensure that the settings are correct, and then, enter "y". If a setting must be corrected, then enter "b" to go back to the previous window.

   Systemwalker Runbook Automation ( Linked Server / Relay Server )
       Description: Systemwalker Runbook Automation ( Linked Server / Relay Server )
       Version: V15.1.2
       Manufacturer: Fujitsu Limited.
       Install directory: /opt
       Date of install: 2012-6-9

5. Uninstallation will start.

   The message below will be displayed:

   Uninstalling...

6. Uninstallation will complete.

   The message below will be displayed:

   The following products have been uninstalled successfully:
       Systemwalker Runbook Automation ( Linked Server / Relay Server )
   
   
   Exiting Uninstaller.

7.2.3.2 Uninstalling SMEE [Linux]

This section describes how to uninstall SMEE.

Note

Ensure that no other products are using SMEE before uninstalling it.

1. Log in as a superuser on the system.

2. Uninstall the package.

   • For the 32-bit version:

     # rpm -e FJSVsmee

   • For the 64-bit version:

     # rpm -e FJSVsmee64

7.2.3.3 Uninstalling Securecrypto Library RunTime [Linux]

This section describes how to uninstall Securecrypto Library RunTime.

Note

Ensure that no other products are using Securecrypto Library RunTime before uninstalling it.

1. Log in as a superuser on the system.

2. Uninstall the package.

   • For the 32-bit version:

     # rpm -e FJSVsclr

   • For the 64-bit version:

     # rpm -e FJSVsclr64
