Meanwhile, when uninstalled Systemwalker Runbook Automation Management Server, a part of function, it is shared with other product, so it is not uninstalled.

Ensure that the operating system is not a Japanese environment.
If a Terminal Server has been installed, then change it to Install Mode:
CHANGE USER /INSTALL |
If Internet Information Service (IIS) has been installed, then the port number for IIS may conflict with the port number for the Web server for Interstage Application Server. In this case, either change the port number for IIS beforehand, or specify a port number during the installation of Systemwalker Runbook Automation that does not cause conflict.
During Systemwalker Runbook Automation been installing, "swrbadbuser " and "swrbajobuser " are registered as OS user. Confirm that "swrbadbuser" and "swrbajobuser" have not been registered in OS. If they have already exist, delete them.

Look up the LANG item in /etc/sysconfig/i18n, and check that the value of the character encoding for the system is not "ja_JP.UTF-8", "ja_JP.SJIS" or "ja_JP.WINDOWS-31J". These characters have not been supported.
During Systemwalker Runbook Automation been installing, "swrbadbuser" and "swrbajobuser" are registered as OS user. Confirm that "swrbadbuser" and "swrbajobuser" have not been registered in OS. If they have already exist, delete them.
