This section explains how to set the retention periods for monitored data that the Dashboard Server collects from the Manager.

Note
If you do not do set a data retention period, data will remain undeleted on the Dashboard Server. Always set a retention period for each monitored item.
Select System Settings >> Data Migration from the Analytics Management Console of Interstage BPM-A.
Set the following in the Create an Archive Rule tab:
Migration Definition Name: Any
Migration Type: Delete from Events DB
Migration Target: Specify the event at which the retention period will begin
Range for leaving Events DB: Set the length of time that the data is to be retained before being deleted
Click the Create button.
Confirm that the following message is displayed on the message column on the bottom of the screen.
INFO BADM0573: Created the Archive Rule. (Value: <Migration Definition Name>)
