4.3 Changing the IP Addresses of Connected Managers

To change the IP address of the Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator Manager connected to the Dashboard Server, perform the procedure shown below on the Dashboard Server:

Procedure

  1. Using a Web browser, connect to Analytics Management Console of the Interstage Business Process Manager Analytics.

    From the Windows Start menu, click Interstage Business Process Manager Analytics >> Management Console, and then login using the administrator ID and password specified at installation.


  2. Click Analytics System >> Sensor Management >> <Host name> to display the Connection Status.


  3. Click Connection Name >> 01:Summary_ECO.

    Note

    When changing the IP address of the Manager to connect, execute after the status of the connection information to be changed is stopped.

  4. The Modify Connection screen for the connection information of 01:Summary_ECO will be displayed. Change the IP addresses of the connected Managers in the SQCManagerHostName* of PDBSensorConf.


  5. Click the Modify.
