17.5 Messages PCS4000 to PCS4002

This section explains messages starting from PCS4000.


PCS4001

Description

A problem has occurred in the connection with the Resource Management.

Corrective Action

  • Check whether the Resource Management settings of the following files are valid.

    [Windows Manager]

    Installation_folder \RCXCTMG\SecurityManagement\conf\sop_user_manager.properties 

    [Linux Manager]

    /etc/opt/FJSVctsec/conf/sop_user_manager.properties 

    Confirm setting

    • ror.rest.url

  • Check if the Resource Management is operating normally. Refer to "2.1 Starting and Stopping the Manager" in the "Operation Guide CE" for information on the start method.

    Use the Interstage Management Console to check whether the following is specified for the JavaVM options in the environment settings of the RCXCT_MyPortal WorkUnit. If this is not specified, stop the WorkUnit, specify the above content for the JavaVM options, and then restart the WorkUnit.

  • If applying as a tenant user or tenant administrator, check that the tenant administrator specified as the forward destination in the Forward screen exists in the tenant management window.

  • If applying as a dual-role administrator, check that the dual-role administrator specified as the forward destination in the Forward screen exists in the [Resource] tab.

PCS4002

Description

There is no approver registered.

Corrective Action

If the application is submitted by a tenant user, check if a tenant administrator is registered on the tenant management window.
If the application is submitted by a dual-role administrator, check if the user is a member of the IflowUsers group. If not, add the user to the group.
Refer to "19.2.1.2 Adding an infrastructure administrator/dual-role administrator to IflowUsers Group" in the "Setup Guide CE" for information on how to add to groups.
