現在の「エンジン構成ファイル」（通常は /etc/opt/FJSVcep/Engine.xml )
以下のディレクトリ配下にcoreから始まるファイルが存在する場合、そのファイル

/var/opt/FJSVisjee/nodeagents/ijna/CEPエンジン名_flt_Ins/current/old.0

また、インストール、アンインストール失敗時は以下の資料を採取してください。
