9.2 Uninstallation (UNIX Version)

This section explains the uninstallation procedure that is used for UNIX versions of Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator.


Required privileges

The user must have the privileges of the system administrator (superuser).

Note

Backing up user assets

When uninstalling this product, any files added after installation will also be deleted, so back up any user assets that need to be kept. Refer to "Backup and Restore" in the User's Guide for the backup procedure.


Procedure

The procedure is a common content to the following installation types.

  1. Log in

    Log in to the system as a superuser.


  2. Executing uninstaller

    Execute following command.

    # /opt/FJSVcir/cir/bin/cimanager.sh -c


  3. Selecting Software

    Select Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator (Install Type).

    Uninstallation and Management (Middleware) is loading ...
    
    Currently installed products
    1. Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator Manager V15.0.0
    
    Type [number] to select the software you want to uninstall.
    [number,q]
    =>1

    Uninstaller ends when "q" is selected.


  4. Executing uninstallation

    Select "y" and execute uninstallation.

    Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator Manager
       Description: Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator Manager
       Version: V15.0.0
       Manufacturer: Fujitsu Limited.
       Install directory: /opt/FJSVssqc
       Date of install: 2012-5-31
    
    Starting the uninstall of the software. Are you sure you want to continue?
    [y,b,q]
    =>y

    Return to the previous screen when "b" is selected.

    Uninstaller ends when "q" is selected.


  5. Finish

    When uninstallation has been completed, following screen is displayed.

    The following software was uninstalled:
        Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator Manager
    
    
    Uninstallation and Management (Middleware) is ended.
