The procedures to add an access path to a device other than ETERNUS Disk storage system is as follows:
On the global navigation tab, click [Server].
On the Server pane, click [Access Path].
The connection information for a server and storage devices is displayed on the Main pane.
On the Main pane, check the target storage device checkbox.
On the Action pane, click [Add (Other)] under the [Access Path].
The step description screen is displayed.
Click the [Next] button.
Check the storage system checkbox.
The information input screen is displayed.
Enter the necessary information, and click the [Next] button.
The information input screen is displayed.
Enter the necessary information, and click the [Next] button.
Confirm the information, and click the [Add] button on the lower right.
Note
This operation for devices other than ETERNUS Disk storage system executes only the WWPN zoning setting to the FC switch because it cannot set the host affinity for devices other than ETERNUS Disk storage system.
Set WWPN zoning information can be confirmed with the zoning list screen.
Devices for which host affinity cannot be set are not displayed in the screen displaying access path information.
