Start the manager in order to enable the email settings set in "19.1.2 Settings for Email Sent from Tenant Management" and "19.1.3 Settings for Email Sent from the L-Platform Management Window".
Refer to "2.1 Starting and Stopping the Manager" in the "Operation Guide CE" for information on how to stop the manager.
