This section describes how to display the log for investigation.
Logon with the user that has Administrator authority of the local computer on the PC to display logs for investigation.
Execute the following command from command prompt.
fsw11ej7.exe <Password> /L /O /<Parameter>
Enter the password that was specified during CT installation
Enter any one of the following letters.
“E”: Set error log
“T”: Set trace log
For details of this command, please refer to “1.25.9 Display Log (Error Log)” when displaying the error log, and refer to “1.25.10 Display Log (Trace Log)” when displaying the trace log.
Note
Please do not tell the password to others
When executing this command in the command prompt, the password may be viewed by a third party or terminal user. When using this command, for security considerations, please make sure to use batch files, etc., to ensure the password will not be viewed.
