To edit the license agreement, edit the following file:

Note
If the file does not exist, the Terms of use window will not be displayed when the service is being subscribed to. The file must not be deleted.
If the license agreement has been edited, collect a backup of the file after the edit.
Settings
The license agreement must be written in the file.
The character-code of the file is UTF-8.
When the number of characters exceeds 10000 characters, it might take time to display the Terms of use window.
