11.7.2 Procedure

The procedure of outputting power consumption is as follows.

  1. Logon to the AC menu.

  2. Select [Report Output].

    →The following window will be displayed.

  3. Click the [Power Consumption Status] button.

    →The following window will be displayed.

    Set the following information.

    In addition, click the [Set] button after setting, the set information can be displayed at next startup.

    Tab Name

    Item Name

    Description

    [Basic Information]

    [Title]

    Set the title name to be output to report.

    Up to 50 characters of single-byte alphanumeric characters, single-byte symbols and malti-byte characters can be set.

    [Company Name]

    Set the company name to be output to report.

    Up to 64 characters of single-byte alphanumeric characters, single-byte symbols and Malti-byte characters can be set.

    [Author Name]

    Set the author name to be output to report.

    Up to 64 characters of single-byte alphanumeric characters, single-byte symbols and Malti-byte characters can be set.

    [Creation Date]

    Set the creation date to output in report.

    [Audit Period]

    Set the month as the auditing target of power consumption.

    Selection from the current month to two months before can be made.

    Example: When it is November now, November and October can be selected

  4. Select the [Option] tab to set the option information for report.

    Set the following information.

    Tab Name

    [Filter]

    [Filter by Section]

    Select it when outputting the auditing result of power consumption to report by section unit.

    • [Section Name]:

      Set the section to be output to report.

    • [Output Range]:

      Set the filtering range.

    [Filter by Setup Place]

    Select it when outputting the auditing result of power consumption to report by location unit.

    • [Setup Place]:

      Set the location to be output to report.

    [Output Reports]

    [Output Summary Part ]

    It is selected when outputting the summary part to report.

    • Output [Power Consumption of Last 3 Months]:

      Select it when outputting [Power Consumption of Last 3 Months] in summary part.

      It can be selected only when [Output Summary Part] is selected.

    • Output [Trend of Powe Consumption of This Year] , [Comparison with Pre-Year]:

      Select it when outputting [Trend of Powe Consumption of This Year] and [Comparison with Pre-Year] to the summary part.

      It can be selected only when [Output Summary Part] is selected.

    • [Output the Worst Group]:

      Select it when outputting the worst section (and setting location).

      Select the following. It can only be selected when [Output Summary Part] is selected.

      • When [Filter by Section] is selected

        • Select [Management Target] in section name

        • Do not select [Not Configured] in section name

      • When [Filter by Setup Place] is selected

        • Select [All] in the location name

    [Output PC Operataion Status]

    Select it when outputting PC operation status.

    • [Output Simulation of Power Consumption]:

      Select it when outputting [Power Consumption of Last 3 Months] in PC operation status.

      It can be selected only when [Output PC Operation Status] is selected.

    • [Output Trend of PC Operation Status]:

      Select it when outputting [Trend of PC Operation Status] in PC operation status.

      It can be selected only when [Output PC Operation Status] is selected.

      In addition, when selected, set the aggregation period.

    • [Output the Worst Group]:

      Select it when outputting the worst section (and setting location).

      The following can be selected only when [Trend of PC Operation Status] is selected.

      • When [Filter by Section] is selected

        • Select [Management Target] in section name

        • Do not select [Not Configured] in section name

      • When [Filter by Setup Place] is selected

        • Select [All] in the location name

    [Output Power Consumption List]

    Select it when outputting the power consumption list.

    Select the following. It can only be selected when [Output Summary Part] is selected.

    • When [Filter by Section] is selected

      • Select [Management Target] in section name

      • Do not select [Not Configured] in section name.

    • When [Filter by Setup Place] is selected

      • Select [Whole Company] in location name

    [Output Details Part]

    Select it when outputting the details part.

    • [Output only the PC whose total operation hour is 0h and the PC of long-time operation]:

      Select only when outputting the PC that is not working or works long-time in details part.

      It can be selected only when [Output Details Part] is selected.

    • [Output User Memo]:

      Set whether to output the user memo of machine as one item of details part of machine. In addition, to output, select the user memo to be output.(Note)

    Note) In user memo, the output relating to the power saving settings such as whether PC is required to work 24 hours can be used as the document for judging the existence of product of correspondent PC from the details part.

  5. Output report.

    Operate for the following cases.

    • Print

      To print the report, click the [Print] button.

    • Save as File

      To save the report as a file, please click the [Save File] button.

      The file name to be saved can be set with the full path that is effective in Windows that is no more than 218 characters.
