[Section] and [Setup Place] | It is the name of section or location as the object. The names of section or location are arranged and displayed in sequence. When setting [Section Unit] is [Extraction Condition] of the [Option] tab, the information of subordinates of the set section will be set. | |

The value displayed in [Target Device(s) No.] and [Status of Management Target] is the total number by adding the number of machines output in [Status of Each Section] or [Status of Each Setup Place] with the number of machines without setting location.
Details Part
The “Details Part” when saved as file is as follows.
In addition, maximum 50000 items of information can be output to one sheet. It is output by taking the first to the 50000th item as the “Details Part” sheet, the 50001st item to 100000th item as the “Details Part (2)” sheet, and the 100001st item to 150000th item as the “Details Part (3)” sheet.
The content of the above file is as follows. In addition, [Related Asset Number] is ranked and displayed according to ascending order of [Asset Number].
