Please log the software and file and other data on CS in the manner of software release. The logging software can be distributed to DS or CT.
As to notes about software release to PC with Windows Vista®, Windows® 7 and Windows Server® 2008, please refer to relevant contents of “8.2.3.1 Notes of Software Distribution to PC with Windows Vista®, Windows® 7 and Windows Server® 2008”
Register the software to be distributed.
The procedure is as follows.
Log on to the Main Menu, click “Distribution , then click “Software Distribution”.
→ The following window will be displayed.
See below for definition of the button names.

This item can only be set in the case of user defined software.

Software to be distributed

Specify the specified file in the list in the input field beside the list. Select “Compressed file” in the list, log on the server, check to see if the extension name is “Zip”. In addition, zip file with password protection cannot be registered. Click “Upload” button, the specified file will be registered the server. Click “Delete” button, the software registered will be canceled from the server. In the logon state, specify file again, click “Upload” button, then the logon will be covered. |
”Execution” (Note 2) | After release, specify a file when you want to execute a file.
In file execution after release, select the executable file, then set the following items.

”Automatically delete” | After software download on CT, select this item for automatic cancellation of the downloaded software. Set a value in 1-366(days) for how soon the software will be canceled after download. Default input of date is not allowed for automatic cancellation. |
”Download method in CT” | Select if it’s necessary to automatically download the software to be registered CT.

”Notification message” | Message displayed when CT is downloading software, designation with 4,096 characters. Using the software download window, the message can be displayed when downloading the selected software. No message will be displayed for automatic download. |
”Validity” | Designation for checking/downloading software on CT to be limited in given time. The default start time is the date of software logon. Default input of start time is not allowed. |
”Description” | For reference to the software attribution information when downloading on CT, input the information within 1,024 characters. Function, usage, software logon and other information can be input(file registered, file executed after download), attached information to software. |
Note 1)
For the registered software file/folder attribution(read only and etc), it cannot be maintained after distributed. Please set the attribution again after download when it’s needed to set file/folder attribution.
0 byte will be uploaded to upload the file in use. Be of 0 byte or not of the original file, when it shows 0 byte after upload, please stop using the file and then upload.
Please don’t upload file over 2GB. After upload, the browser won’t be able to work.
Note 2)
Saving directory of “File Execution after distribution”, when the release target is CS or DS, specify the “Saving software directory” in installation of CS or DS. When the distribution target is CT and in the case of “Automatic download on CT”, it’s <DTP installation directory>/contents directory. The Current directory of the software distribution will be set as target directory for software saving.
The executable procedure in “File execution after distribution” is for 32bit use. Whether it is 32bit or 64bit version for the distribution target of Windows, all startup will be done as per 32bit version without discrimination.
The procedures initiated in “File execution after download” shall be discriminated for the 64bit version.

Select “Compressed file”, please considering the following in execution after distribution.
The folders shown in the following cases are Current ones in software execution on CT. therefore, please finish the following record when executing EXE file from the package file.

Click the [OK] button, saving the software registered.
The allocation information shall be reflected to CS in the case of software distribution according to the allocated License. By this way, time plan of the schedule can be noticed through “Start”-“Programs”-“Systemwalker Desktop Patrol”-“Environment Setup”-“Event Settings” for CS.
Steps to register again when registration failed
Please take the following steps on CS if registration failure has been caused due to insufficient remaining disk space when registering the software from the main menu.
Make sure of sufficient remaining space needed for software registration.
Stop the ITBudgetMGR(INV) service.
Start the ITBudgetMGR(INV) service.
Register the software again from main menu.
According to different registered software, pay attentions to the following notes about automatic software download from PC with Windows Vista®, Windows® 7 and Windows Server® 2008.
Please make sure the programs of distribution/installation software are supported by Windows Vista®, Windows® 7 and Windows Server® 2008. If errors occur during software execution, the program will be considered as unable to execute on Windows Vista®, Windows® 7 or Windows Server® 2008. Please confirm specifications of the software to be distributed.
The upgrade window of authority(UAC) will be displayed when “setup” or “patch” is included in name of the procedures for software execution.
Sometimes the upgrade window of authority(UAC) will be displayed when the specified user’s authority are used for software execution. Please use the service authority for software execution.
When executing software with service authority and performing window display, the service “Interactive Services Detection” of Windows should be started.
Please operate when creating software without displaying window or restarting services.
