Perform the following operations in using after the confirmation setting of idle asset is finished.

Take the following steps to confirm idle asset.
License Giving status
Software operation status
License Giving Status
Please confirm the idle assets through “License Management” - “License Giving” in Main Menu according to License Giving status.
In the “License Allocatio” window, the software that has been allocated a License but not installed can be confirmed for each PC.
The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the Main Menu, click “License Management”.
→The “License Management” window will be displayed.
Click “License Giving”.
→The following window will be displayed.
Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.
→PCs of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.
Perform the following operations to export License Giving status of PC displayed in the field on the right as a file in CSV format. If not to export, proceed to the next step.
Select the name of the PC to export in CSV format, and click the “CSV Export” button.
→ The download window will be displayed.
Click the name of the PC to confirm License Giving status by unit of PC.
→The following window will be displayed.
Emphasize on viewing the icon of “Software List” in above window.
The software with License has been allocated but not installed to PC will become idle asset.
Software Operation Status
Please operate from “PC Information” - “Software Operation Status” in the Main Menu to confirm idle asset through software operation status.
In the “Software Operation Status” window, confirm the PC that does not use the software by referring to the software operation status collected as Inventory information. In addition, operation status of the current software can be saved as file in CSV format.
The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the Main Menu, click “PC information”.
→The “PC Information” window will be displayed.
Click “Software Operation Status”.
→The following window will be displayed.
Select section from the section tree in the field on the left.
→The Software Information used by the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.

Perform the following operations when the PC software operation status shown in the field on the right is exported as a file in CSV format. If not to export, proceed to the next step.
Click the “CSV Export” button.
→The download window will be displayed.
Export software operation status as file in CSV format according to the window.
Please click the software name in the field on the right when confirming the details including the user of software.
→The following window will be displayed.
Please pay attention to PC shown with the icon of 
in the above window. The software selected in step “4.” on the PC displayed as icon of is idle assets.
After confirmation of idle asset has completed, close all the Web browsers and exit processing.
Processing at confirmation of idle assets varies according to the above mention confirmation method of idle assets. Please take the corresponding processing according to situations.
License Giving Status
When confirming idle assets by confirming License Giving status, identify PC and software and perform the decommissioning operation of License Giving. Therefore, it’s able to allocate License to other PC.
As to decommissioning of License Giving, please refer to “5.3.2 License Giving ”.
Software Operation Status
When confirming idle assets through the software operation status, confirm the PC and software and confirm whether this software as idle asset is required in “Client”. After confirmation, please perform the following processing.
When it is necessary to put asset software in idle → take no action.
When it is not necessary to put asset software in idle
→ Please instruct the “Client” to uninstall this software which is idle assets and remove License Giving.
Based on the above processing, the license can be allocated to other PC. In addition, please refer to “5.3.2 License Giving ” for removal of License Giving.
