5.3.1 Management of Current License

Here, It describes the management of current License.

  1. Confirm current status of License in the “Current License Management

” window. In addition, perform the following operations as needed.

Confirm the Status of Current License

The procedure of confirming the status of the current License is as follows.

  1. Log in to the Main Menu, click “License Management”

    → ”License management” window will be displayed.

  2. Click “Current License Management”.

    → The following window will be displayed.

  3. Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.

    → The license status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.

  4. Perform the following operations to export the License information displayed in the field on the right as a file in CSV format. Proceed to the next step if not to export.

    1. Select the License Name to be exported in CSV format, and click the “CSV Export” button.

      → The “Current License Management - CSV Export” window will be displayed.

    2. Export the license information to a file in CSV format according to the window.

  5. Perform the following operations to view the registered License information in details. If not to view, proceed to the next step.

    1. Click the License Name to be viewed.

      → The following window will be displayed. The details of registered License information can be viewed by order number.

    2. Click the value in the column of “Number of section Given”.

      → The following window will be displayed. It has nothing to do with order number, the detailed information of License Giving of section License Giving will be displayed.


5.3.1.1 Register Current License Information

In order to manage the purchased License, it is required to register License information. The information of License that can be registered is as follows.

License management is performed by unit of the whole company or section.

The procedure is as follows.

  1. Log in to the Main Menu, click “License management”

    → The “License Management” window will be displayed.

  2. Click “Current License Management”.

    → The following window will be displayed.

  3. Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.

    → The License status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.

  4. Select the radio button of the purchased object from “License List” in the field on the right, and click the “Add” button.

    → The following window will be displayed.

  5. Enter the information of Current License Management.

    Description

    ” Purchased Number” (required)

    Specify purchased number of License.

    Single-byte numbers within 1~99999 can be entered.

    ”Order Number.” (required)

    Specify the order number to identify License.

    Single-byte numbers or hyphen “-” within 14 characters can be entered.

    ” Price”

    Specify the Price of License.

    Single-byte numbers within 1~999999999 can be entered.

    ” Date Purchase” (required)

    Specify the Date Purchase of License.

    The date from Jan. 1, 1900 to current date can be entered.

    ”Remarks”

    Specify License related information. Maximum 4096 single-byte or 2048 multi-byte characters can be entered.

  6. Perform the following operations to modify the section that can use the License. If not to modify, proceed to the next step.

    1. Click the “Select Section” button.

      → The following window will be displayed.

    2. Select the section to be modified from the tree.

      → The following window will be displayed.

  7. Click the “OK” button.

    → The information of purchased License will be registered.


5.3.1.2 Modify Information of Current License

After registering information of current License, the information of purchased License modified and added. The procedure is as follows.

  1. Log in to the Main Menu, click “License Management”.

    →The “License Management” window will be displayed.

  2. Click “Current License Management”

    → The following window will be displayed.

  3. Select section from the section tree in the field on the left.

    →License status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.

  4. Select the radio button of License name of object to be modified from the License List in the field on the right, click the “Modify” button.

    →The following window will be displayed. This window is for selecting the license to be modified by registered order number.

  5. Select the radio button of order number to be modified, and click the “Modify” button.

    → The “Current License Management - Modify” window will be displayed.

  6. Perform the following operations to modify the section to purchase License. If not to modify, proceed to the next step.

    1. Click the “Select Section” button.

      → The following window will be displayed.

    2. Select the section to be modified.

      →The following window will be displayed.

  7. Click the “OK” button.

    → The information of purchased License will be modified.


5.3.1.3 Delete Current License

Unwanted License can be deleted. The procedure is as follows.

  1. Log in to the Main Menu, and click “License management”.

    →The “License management” window will be displayed.

  2. Click “Current License Management”.

    →The following window will be displayed.

  3. Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.

    → The License status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.

  4. Select the radio button of License name to be deleted from License List in the field on the right, and click “Delete” button.

    →The following window will be displayed. This window is for selecting the License to be deleted by the registered order number.

  5. Select the check box of order number to be deleted, and click the “OK” button.

    → The License will be deleted.


5.3.1.4 View the Registered Software in Current License

Software registered in License can be viewed. The procedure is as follows.

  1. Log in to the Main Menu, and click “License Management”.

    →The “License Management” window will be displayed.

  2. Click “Current License Management”.

    →The following window will be displayed.

  3. Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.

    →License status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.

  4. Select the radio button of the License name to be viewed from License List in the field on the right, and click the “View Software” button.

    →The following window will be displayed.

  5. Click “License Definition” to confirm the selected License Giving software.
