C.3.1 Types of Diagnostic Data

If a problem occurs in the operation of the network or GLS, collect the diagnostic data listed in the table below.

Table C.1 Types of Diagnostic Data

Diagnostic Data	Content
Files output by hanet_snap	Basic information for determining the cause of the problem. For more details, refer to "6.4.1 hanet_snap."
Network map	The map of the network for the system in which GLS is installed.
Event log	The time at which trouble was detected in the GLS transmission path.
Dump	The dump at the time of the system failure.
