Start userApplication by executing the hvcm command then check if it is properly running on all the nodes.
Shared disk
Check if you can access to the shared disk from the OPERATING node.
Takeover network
Check if you can access the OPERATING node from the client by the logical node name related to the takeover IP address.
NetWorker
Check if the NetWorker daemons are running on the OPERATING node.
