Define the role of a transaction or backup volume in accordance with the following steps:
Select the [Backups] node from the Site view and right-click to invoke the backup context menu.
Select the [Volume Types] option to invoke the [Volume Types] dialog box.
Select a volume from the Unassigned volumes pane and click the appropriate [>] button to move the volume to either the Transaction volumes pane or the Backup volumes pane on the right hand side of the dialog box.
Click [OK] to continue to set the operation type for the selected volume/s.
