2.5 Download Logs

This function collects the log files which are used to troubleshoot an error caused by the GUI Client. Use this function to collect the log files and to send a zip file of the logs to the support center if it is required.

Collect the log files as follows.

  1. From the [File] menu, select [Download Logs].

  2. In the [Save As] dialog box, enter the zip file name with which to save the logs. Click the [Save] to collect the log files and save them as a zip file.

Point

If you cannot operate the GUI client, execute "acmcapture (Troubleshooting data collection command)" on the GUI client as well as on the Storage Management Server to collect survey information.
